Position Summary:
The Senior Contract Analyst is a vital position responsible for overseeing the contract life cycle process for our esteemed Medical Nutrition customers. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Legal teams, this role requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on processes. Previous experience in healthcare contract administration is highly valued. The Senior Contract Analyst must excel in an environment with significant ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions that establish sustainable operational processes. Candidates based in the Minneapolis, MN area will receive priority consideration, as this is the primary location for our business.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage internal planning process for contract management including contract renewals, expirations, etc.
Collaborate with field sales to action contract renewals
Create and maintain contract management process documentation and assure adherence to process
Request contract creation and modifications via Legal team
Collaborate with Legal Team to assure contract templates meet business needs and draft non-standard terms as negotiated with customers
Facilitate loading of pricing and terms in applicable systems
Track and assure accurate administration of non-standard terms and conditions
Serve as point of contact for contract questions for Field Sales
Maintain and monitor contract management email box for customers and Field Sales
Generate monthly and ad hoc reporting
Manage all relevant documentation pertaining to customer contracts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in contracts management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Power BI
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
