Like most social software, ticketing is a super-messy business. Mr. John Oliver's characterization of Ticketmaster's role in this messy business was entertaining and surprisingly accurate, on balance. I'm sure you would agree, Amanda, that it would be lifetime-fun to sit down with John and complete the puzzle with him, off the record. I am a huge fanboy.
