Doctors are fed up. It's time for doctors to take control of your destiny in the harsh business of medicine. Let's face the hard facts: The pressure on doctors to be busier is increasing, and resources are becoming more scarce. What does that naturally lead to? BURNOUT. Now is the time to break this cycle. Think about the last four years – the colossal burden of society’s health that we've put on doctors’ shoulders, the relentless demands without thoughtful appreciation. It's time to honor doctors, financially and beyond. It's time for doctors to demand what you deserve. Let’s link arms to create better support for doctors so that doctors can focus on providing the highest level of patient care. #doctors #burnout
