The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience in Windows Desktop support. Position Responsibilities and Functions a) Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. b) Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. c) Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. d) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. e) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application. f) Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple p anyone interested please contact me:+923114074626 ghazi@ghazitech.com

Somebody Please Give Me a Job! I've been out of work too long. The salary doesn't matter. I don't need benefits. I need to work! I can do just about anything. I’m a seasoned senior Systems Engineer with over 20 years of configuration, integration & migration experience on hardware, software & networks, performed in-house, on-site and remotely, on a wide variety of devices, from laptops & smart phones in the field, to printers & servers in Data Centers and everything from DOS 2.0 & Apple computers to Cisco IOS & Windows 11. I’m comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision but I thrive in team environments, cross-training, mentoring and managing projects. I adapt easily to different environments, from private residences to high-pressure corporate banks to hospital tents setup to treat Corona19 patients when Emergency Rooms were full. In Lankenau Hospital, I worked along side doctors and nurses treating the first waves of victims of the Covid-19 pandemic. At Martin-Lockheed, I cross-trained and participated in planning, scheduling and continuous improvement that saved millions of dollars. I designed and implemented more efficient work-flow in AT&T’s PC Repair Depot, by restructuring the storage space and eliminating waste motion. Then created and published AT&T’s PC Repair Depot Service Status Database, tracking inventory, work done and repair status, saving money by empowering users to monitor their own repair status, in real-time. At Kova, my Preventative Maintenance program improved reliability, slashed emergency site visits and increased customer confidence, driving up sales. Not to mention roofing, siding, hardwood floors, electrical, plumbing and more. Just about anything I don't already know, I can learn. Give me a chance.
