Google taking Gemini to the next level by introducing Gemini 1.5 Pro in Google Workspace, enhancing email search and photo recognition capabilities and 1.5 Flash (a lighter model), Veo for creating high-quality videos, Trillium and Gemini improve search and AI experiences, and Gems allow personalization. Android becomes context-aware with AI integration. Gemini Nano and Gemma models expand multimodal understanding. Google went all out in yesterday's I/O keynote with their incredible advancements in AI, particularly on the Gemini model. Gemini. Gemma. Gems...so many G's to get us excited, and they are now all integrated into our daily lives. Talk about enabling behavioural change at mass scale. Here are just a few highlights that left me excited: Gemini Everywhere: Gemini's power is now in 2 billion Google products! That means even smoother, more intuitive experiences. (Personally, I find that Gemini has one of the most human responses) Gemini Nano: A smaller, faster version that brings AI directly to our devices. (Give the people what they want at the tip of their fingers) Gems: An upgrade on personalized AI assistants – tailored to your specific needs! Think a running coach that lives in your pocket or a creative writing guide that sparks inspiration on demand. (I told my Google Home assistant as I was watching the session yesterday that she might not be hearing from me, her response was hilarious- something about packing her bags and staying in the back) Aside all the amazing updates, there were two honourable mentions for me : 1. Using data and AI to track progress toward the UN Sustainability Goals. (I am very passionate about sustainability and making it real. We all have a role in helping the planet and the people) 2. AI responsibility: Google's commitment to developing and using #ai responsibly. (Because you have to admit it, there are a lot of concerns around safety, security, and what's real) I can't wait to explore them all, makes me wonder what life will look like in the near future. #GoogleIO #FutureofTech #Gemini #ArtificialIntelligence #Innovation #Sustainability

Great to listen to a fireside chat with; Brent Hoberman, Colin Murdoch and Thomas Kurian. Few highlights; - Deep dive in to the layers of the Google AI stack from chips, infrastructure, AI models through to software. - Google's £1bn+ investment into the UK demonstrating the depth of talent, capital & great businesses founded in the UK. - Some really great practical examples of how AI can support websites, client communications, team augmentation & client experience.
