                                    ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!!          SCAM ALERT FOR DOCUSIGN IDENTITY THEFT TAKING PLACE!!!   Everyone please be aware of Docusign phishing scams. I just got one yesterday sent to my email but I was shrewd enough and did NOT click on the document and gave none of my login information. I was lucky and avoided the scam and deleted the email.   The email setup was every similar to Docusign. However, I sensed and noticed that something was wrong. The email said that you had a document "a sales contract signed". Interestingly, I have a CRE developer I am waiting for them to sign a compensation agreement so I thought for a moment it was legitimate. However something seemed off.   Instead of clicking on the blue hyperlink to access the document that is similar to how Docusign documents are setup, I went to Docusign's website, Docusign.com and logged into my account to see all documents I have out "pending" signing. When I reviewed all of my documents, it was NOT the document sent to me.   I also looked at the email that sent it. It was not a Docusign email from their platform. Docusign emails will have the name docusign.net in them from what I have seen. The email domain name was "(name).de". Clearly an impersonation scam to get unaware individuals to get give them their login details for their Docusign accounts.   Be careful everyone!! Delete, block these emails, and if you desire report it to the authorities if you wish. At most do NOT click on them and insert your login details for your Docusign accounts.   If by chance you do fall for this scam, change your login details for your Docusign account immediately. Call Docusign to monitor all login attempts on your account to track the activity and block further attempts immediately until you change your password and other sensitive info.
