📰 BlueBox Asset Management's lead Global Technology Portfolio Manager William de Gale, FCA, CFA mentioned in an article published by MONIIFY's Paromita Dey earlier this month which discusses two key #semiconductor stocks to look at, and it is not NVIDIA! 🤖 https://lnkd.in/eB_zx9KZ So what are these companies that William is so keen on? 1. ASML - the company that makes the machines that create chips 2. Taiwan Semiconductor - the ones using these machines to manufacture high-end chips for the likes of $NVDA etc. Both are typical enabler companies, crucial for the entire semiconductor ecosystem. And the good thing is, both trade at a significant discount💲to Nvidia when compared on a P/E ratio basis. We also agree with the spot on statement by Neuberger Berman's Y T Boon in the article saying that Asia’s “Golden Triangle” is the backbone of the semiconductor industry. Taiwan handles chip and server production, Japan supplies critical semiconductor equipment, and South Korea leads in high-bandwidth memory. Although we would suggest looking at Lam Research, the biggest supplied of machines to the memory market, instead of some of the South Koran names to get exposure. --- *** No Investment advice.
