M͟y͟ ͟b͟i͟g͟g͟e͟s͟t͟ ͟l͟e͟a͟r͟n͟i͟n͟g͟s͟ ͟a͟r͟e͟:͟ ͟H͟i͟r͟e͟ ͟f͟o͟r͟.͟.͟.͟ 1. ... 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 and Motivation within the person. 2. ... 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟 over previous experience. 3. ... 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗶𝘁 within the team! 4. ... 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 / 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 within the team (a diverse team (extrovert/introvert; Gendersplit; Detailed vs. Chaos) Of course following the gut feeling is bit factor as well but removing biases as much as possible will most likely make you choose the right person for your team!
