Welcome!
*We* are offering Sound Voyages (Journeys) which are intentionally crafted, guided sonic meditations that use healing frequencies of multiple instruments in unique combinations. By passing through these sonic landscapes, you are invited to enjoy a depth of connection to your greater self and experience the relaxation that comes so uniquely from that place of wholeness.
Our events take place in various locations (WNC) and are mostly but not exclusively in person.

Wolfgang Ettenreich, organizer of the Meetup group "Asheville Somatic Knowing"

This Sonic Immersion is an invitation to simply be with what is in the moment, the impermanence of our experience as sounds emerge and subside. And being ok with whatever arises, just as Rumi says: “… Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! …”
Together we will traverse a soundscape created by the ancient didgeridoo, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, drums, vocal expression via Light Language and several other instruments. Some of which will be played close to or over your body if you do like some more intense, activating vibrations.
May this journey assist you finding your own inner clarity, inspiration and wisdom for these times.
Yoga mats and pillows are available. Bring whatever (else) you need to make you comfortable laying down (or sitting) for an extended period of time, e.g. eye covers, a blanket etc.
This sonic immersion is offered by Wolfgang. We will come together at The Well, 3 Louisiana Ave, Asheville NC.
Setting an intention for our time together (if it aligns), will be followed by an approximately 1½ hour long sonic immersion and an optional group sharing at the end.

Join us for a beautiful sound journey offered by The Sound Voyagers. We will gather in a Weaverville home with a large, well ventilated indoor space! The exact location will be shared with you in a confirmation email prior to the event.
We'll first set an intention for our journey, followed by an approximately 1 hour long sonic immersion. We end our time together with some tea and an optional group sharing.
Please bring a yoga mat, or something comfortable for lying on the floor for about an hour. There will be some blankets available. Feel free to message us with any questions.
