MTN cultivates a working environment where all employees understand the depth and breadth of ethical behaviour and have the tools to act appropriately in the face of ethical challenges and opportunities. The Group ethics strategy includes interventions to ensure standardised and improved ethics governance and management practice.
As part of the ongoing implementation of our ethics strategy, a comprehensive set of ethics-related policies are in place. The signed policies are all available on Y’elloverse, our intranet portal, and span anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy and protection, anti-harassment and discrimination, grievances and disciplinary processes and the MTN Group Code of Conduct, known as our Conduct
Passport.
Our Social & Ethics Committee reviews our Code of Ethics regularly, keeping it up to date with global best practice. We expect our suppliers and partners to share the same ethical standards as our employees.
