How it works
To send a request...
Narrow down your search for works by creators who are currently accepting requests using tags, or find creators among those you follow who are marked as "Accepting requests".
Outline your request and propose a reward based on the creator's target price. Your interaction with the creator will be limited to this single exchange.
Once the creator posts the finished work, your request is complete! Share your thanks and admiration for their work with a fan letter.

How can I send a request?

If you're interested in a creator who has accepted requests in the past, you can also view the requests others have sent by visiting the Requests tab on their profile page.
You can also piggyback on someone else's request (aka "co-request") by adding the same amount to an existing request. For more details on the co-request feature, please check the Help page.
If you're unsure about how much to pay...
Base your decision on the target price set by the creator.
The time and effort required to create a piece can vary depending on the number of characters, the detail of the background, the length in case of a novel, and so on.
When in doubt, offering the target price is your safest bet.
If you want to send a request anonymously...
When entering your request, you can choose to send it anonymously.
If you do so, your account information will not be visible to the creator or anyone else.
Do not message the creator!
pixiv Requests does not allow any direct interactions with the creators, including discussions or revisions.
Please refrain from using direct messages or the comments section to discuss request details or set deadlines. Make sure to include all your requirements and expectations directly in the request text itself.
To start accepting requests...
In your terms, you can set the conditions for what kind of requests you would like to receive, such as the type of work and the target price. Once you publish your terms, they'll be open for requests.
Review the details and rewards of the requests you receive, and accept only the ones you feel comfortable with. You should decide whether to accept a request within 7 days of receiving it.
You have 60 days from the date you receive a request to complete and submit the work. Simply finish the piece within this timeframe and upload it to pixiv to complete the process!

You are not required to accept all requests that come your way on pixiv Requests. What’s most important is that you feel excited about creating!
Additionally, if you miss the deadline, don't worry—there are no penalties.
If accepting new requests becomes overwhelming, you can pause your terms anytime.
Set your prices from 3,000 JPY
You can set your prices starting from a minimum of 3,000 JPY up to 30,000 JPY, which can go up to 300,000 JPY depending on how you wish to manage your offerings.
We recommend setting a price that feels right for you, and you can vary your terms based on different price points.

No need for direct messages
pixiv Requests does not allow negotiations or revisions through direct messages or comments.
If you receive any messages related to request content on pixiv, there’s no need to respond.
Creators retain all rights
You hold all the rights to the artwork created through requests.
Fans are allowed to use the artwork only for personal purposes.
