Being the second remix album of B2K's eponymous debut. VOL.2 further mines the grooves of Epic Records' urban boy band, carving more meat from these bones than you ever thought possible. The boys' vocals are still smooth as silk and the studio magic is still there, with the addition of large amounts of musical fairy dust in the form of girly backing vocals, tinkling keyboards, and all the acoustic expertise money can buy. While it's perhaps hard to imagine the B2K oeuvre lending itself to radical reworking, there's enough on offer here to warrant interest from diehard B2K fans and DJs in search of club gold.
