I am Heartbroken

I know this is a common-ish post on here that our animals eventually pass, it today was a traumatic one for me.

My girl bully, Sedona, was perfectly healthy the last few days, and even this morning. I came home from work to find her unresponsive in her crate (she has a pen area with her crate for comfort), and from her position it seems she has a seizure while napping. She was barely moving, and while lucid, could barely move her eyes, could move her upper body mostly fine when she wanted to, but was struggling to do it consistently. She was stuck on her back not able to get up and not really trying.

I thought it was a bowel obstruction or something like that, so I rushed her to the animal hospital. They determined is was most likely neurological in nature, and most likely a seizure. I left her at the animal hospital to be monitored through the night tonight in hopes she improves and regains cognitive and full motor functions by tomorrow morning.

If not, then by 8-10 pm tomorrow (when they close) I may have to make the hardest choice of my life, but one that I know she'll need for her quality of life :/

She's only 6 years old, and was completely and perfectly healthy this morning.

Love your dogs y'all, you never know when fate is gonna come knocking... I'm absolutely devastated as she is my best friend.
