"I purchased a Sonicwall through Firewalls.com back in 2022 and have been very happy with the device. I purchased their monthly support plan, and for the most part, I am pleased with the technical support I've received. Part of the support package includes daily reports on traffic that flows through the device, and Firewalls.com has struggled repeatedly not to send out blank or partial reports. When this happened for several days, I opened a support ticket, only to be told they were having problems with their report server and woulddf send out the missing reports when the server is back up. The only problem with this arrangement is that these reports are supposed to give me real-time information about traffic on the device, including attacks and viruses. Not getting this information several days in a row is disconcerting. "
