Rolla Public Schools

All families are encouraged to complete their Free & Reduced Price School Meals Family Application online this year.

Paper applications are available year-round in the school office and cafeteria. Payment for meals is expected until you receive notification that each student in your household has been approved. Approval letters are emailed when possible. Please check your Inbox & Spam folders. Your application must be received before the cutoff date in mid-September. At that time, last year’s status will expire and all meals will change to full price.

PARENTS & GUARDIANS – May set up a free online account on the My School Bucks website. Online payment is available with an account, but it is not required. These *FREE features help you to monitor your child’s cafeteria account.

CAFETERIA PAYMENT OPTIONS

PAY ONLINE – Use your online account on the My School Bucks Website. A $3.25 program convenience fee is applied only when an online payment is made.
PAY AT OPEN HOUSE - Mark Twain, Truman & Wyman: Fill out a deposit envelope and bring it (unsealed) along with your payment. The cashier will verify your payment & then seal the envelope.

PAY AT REGISTRATION - RMS, RJHS & RHS: Payments will be deposited directly to accounts. Bring your payment to the cashier.

SEND PAYMENT WITH YOUR CHILD – Checks should include the student’s name or ID # in the memo section.

Mark Twain, Truman, Wyman, & RMS - All payments sent with students should be in a labeled envelope. Write: child’s full name, ID#, & teacher. Specify if the payment is for the “cafeteria account” or “snack milk”. RMS, RJHS & RHS - Cash payments received from students will be deposited in full to their accounts. Change is not available.

“School Meal Balance Notifications” (charge letters) are sent by email in all buildings. You may initially need to release these items from your Spam folder. Mark Twain, Truman, Wyman & RMS students are given charge letters to take home when the parent/guardian has not provided an email address. Payment is due the following day. Once the charge limit is reached, parents should provide meals from home until meal money can be sent. If not, we will offer our choice of an alternate item and milk at no cost.*1day

ELEMENTARY SNACK MILK TICKETS - Grades K – 3 only

$12.50 = 25 milks

$25.00 = 50 milks

$37.50 = 75 milks

$50.00 = 100 milks (max.)

SNACK MILK TICKETS are an optional purchase available at Mark Twain, Truman & Wyman. Only students with a ticket are served milk in the classroom during snack time. Please label deposit envelopes “snack milk” when sending payment with your student. Teachers will notify parents as ticket counts become low.

Please do not buy more tickets than your child will use.
