Sub: Cashless facility to L&T Insurance policy holder through E-meditek (TPA) Services Ltd. Dear Sir/Maam You would be well aware that L&T Insurance is a registered Insurance company duly licensed by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. Following are the products currently offered by them. 1. my: health Medisure Prime Insurance 3. my:health Medisure Group Insurance 2. my:health Medisure Classic Insurance 4. my:jeevika Medisure Micro Insurance

We have tied up with L&T General Insurance Co to facilitate the cashless process for their policy holders. In this regard, I request you to advise your Insurance Helpdesk/ Cashless counter to accept cashless request from policy holders/members of L&T General Insurance Co Ltd who presents the health cards embedded below. Based on the MoU signed between your hospital and E-Meditek (TPA) Services Ltd, the cashless request may be sent to us at the fax number mentioned in the card. Upon receipt of the fax, we shall respond to you maximum within 45 min with approval/rejection or seek further information.

Please note that all approved claims would be settled by E-Meditek (TPA) Services Ltd directly with the hospitals as per agreement with L&T General Insurance Co Ltd.
