AbendAid Debugging Tool

A COBOL debugging product called AbendAid is available to provide information about your COBOL program abends. In order to use the AbendAid debugger, you will need to log on to TSO. Once you have logged in, at the Western Illinois University Main Menu:

choose option A (AAVF - Abend-AID Viewing Facility):

This will give you a listing of your Abend-Aid options. You can view your source listings and AbendAid reports by choosing option 1, and pressing enter. See you instructor for further information on how to use AbendAid. Press F3 to exit out of the screen(s).
