The successful candidate will be detailed oriented to cleanliness, self-motivated and have the ability to work without direct supervision. The Building Custodian I works under general direction, performs work of moderate difficulty in custodial care and maintenance of public buildings. Performs related work as required. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. One year experience in cleaning and maintaining large buildings and grounds. 3. Experience with cleaning machinery and equipment including sweepers, buffers, mowers, weed eaters, spreaders, sanders, trucks, snow blowers, shovels, etc., preferred. 4.
