    Architectural Significance: Double gable fronting the street, with attractive chimney stacks. Steep pitched roof with dark coloured plain tiles, overhanging eaves with barge boarding to gables. Stock brick with red brick banding. Porch entry to No 1. Townscape significance: Late C19, pair of two cottages at the corner of Church Road, group value within the Cowley Church CA.
