    On October 31st at approximately 9:45 PM the female victim was walking in the 2200 Block of South High Street near the University of Denvers Campus. An unknown male grabbed her from behind and fondled her. The victim described the suspect as a dark skinned Hispanic male with short dark hair, 23-27 years of age having a medium build and was wearing jeans a red flannel shirt. The suspect possibly left the area in a small two tone vehicle pictured below, unknown make or model of vehicle at this time.
