    Philosophy of Education The primary goals of education are to cultivate each students gifts and talents through the acquisition of knowledge and to prepare students to be functional, responsible members of society. This requires key elements from both student and teacher: respect, motivation, and willingness to work. While each child is a unique individual, all children share the need for a secure and stimulating environment in which to grow and learn.
