*Vendors are responsible for providing ice, tents, tables and additional supplies needed for vending.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical service (cords, connectors, generators) and mechanical feeds (hoses, connectors, etc.) The PRVWSD will assist vendors with electrical and mechanical service connections, but cannot guarantee availability.
$200 registration fee for vending food and non-alcoholic beverages privileges (each park) $50 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space of 10x10 (each park) $100 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space over 10x10 up to 20x20 (each park) $200 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space over 20x20 (each park) (BRF 2014 Community Sponsors vending fees waived)
