FEAR CLEANSE

What if I told you that most
of us are shot down by our
subconscious fears multiple
times every day?
Like when you're at a meeting at work,
and you're afraid to make that intuitive
decision... Or when you're at a cafe,
and you're reluctant to buy the more
expensive coffee because in that moment
you feel poor... Or even when you get a
phone call from a friend, and reject a
sudden business opportunity because
you don't think you're good enough.
T h e d a n g e r o u s t h i n g a b o u t
subconscious fears is how sneaky they
are. They weave themsel ves so
elegantly into your life that you often
mi stake them for ci rcumstances
outside of your control, or you overlook
them altogether. Trust me though:
they're there. And they're silently
messing with you at work, at home,
even in your health and relationships.
And that's where Tapping comes in.
As you know, Tapping empowers you to
banish your subconscious fears by
uncovering and releasing them from
your meridian points. But like anything
else worthwhile in life, you've got
to commit to it. Let me put it this way:
you shower every day to keep your
body clean. Therefore, you should
spend a few minutes Tapping every day
to keep your subconscious fears in
check. Believe me, these could be the
most important few minutes you ever
spend.
But you know, I've noticed something
interesting about many people who are
new to Tapping. Some of them "nd it
challenging to turn it into a daily habit
because they don't know where to start
or they're not sure exactly what they
should be Tapping on. So I've come up
with a little something to help you
make Tapping an indispensable part of
your daily routine. I call it the 3-Day
Fear Cleanse - and everyone in the
Project Tapping community is invited to
take part.
Lets get You
thinking...
When you' re goi ng through the
motions, going to work, doing the
chores, going on holiday and basically
just living your life...
How of t en do you t hi nk your
subconscious fears sabotage your
abundance and happiness? Once a
month maybe? Once every few weeks?
Once a week?

Every evening for the next 3 days, I
want you to spend a few minutes on a
Tapping exercise to uncover and
eliminate a subconscious fear you
experienced during the day. The
purpose here is to lock in your Tapping
habit, and use it to be more mindful of
the subconscious fears holding you
back every day. Once you've done this,
getting rid of them will be a snap.
The exercise is really simple and fun to
do, and you can do it right before bed -
and once you get into the swing of
things, this is going to make a massive
impact on your life and your ability to
use Tapping to its fullest.
Okay, so let's dive into the exercise!

Here's what's going to happen:
3-Day Fear Cleanse
First thing: Make sure you do this in the evening, preferably before bed - because what
we're going to do here is re#ect on the day that just went by. Find a quiet place with no
distractions. Maybe you could sit in your bedroom for a while. Get seated comfortably.
Take 3 deep breaths, try and clear your mind.

Think of a moment in the day where you feel a subconscious fear may have
been blocking your abundance. Maybe it was a conversation you had at work.
Maybe it was when you were buying something in a store. Maybe it was just a
random thought you had that made you feel poor or unworthy.
Write down the feeling you were experiencing in that moment.
For example: I didn't call back that potential client because I !gured he wouldn't like me
anyway. Or, I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't
be enough money in it.
On a scale from 1 to 10, measure how strong your fear is on this statement.
1 being it doesn't resonate with you at all, and 10 being it is completely true.

Create a Target Statement, which you do by "rst rephrasing your earlier
statement.
For example, if your earlier statement was: I was nervous to check my bank account
because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
Then you would rephrase it to: Even though I'm nervous to check my bank account
because I'm afraid there won't be enough money in it, I deeply and profoundly love
and accept myself anyway.
Convert the negative target statement into a positive one, and start Tapping
again.
Using the earlier example, the negative statement was: I was nervous to check my
bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
And when you convert that into a positive statement, it would be: I'm con!dent to
check my bank account and my "nances, because I am abundant and I have
more than enough.
Start Tapping on this statement, and while you're doing it add other positive
uplifting a$rmations and suggestions that will help raise your vibrations and get
you into a receptive energetic state.
Sample Positive a$rmations:
I am !nancially abundant
I am con!dent about my !nances
I manifest wealth every day
If you "nd yourself annoyed or frustrated with these statements, or if they don't yet
feel real, this is likely because the subconscious fear is still lodged in your energetic
core - which means you need to again Tap on the earlier negative statements until
you score below a 5.
Tap on it. Start Tapping on the meridian points on your face and body while
focusing on the emotional resistance to access and eliminate the emotional or
energetic resistance that is blocking you.
Once you've done this and recited your statement, take a deep breath and once
again measure how true the negative statement feels on a scale of 1 - 10.
Repeat the Tapping exercise until you're able to score anything below a 5 on the
scale.

I hope you enjoyed that exercise! If you want to make Tapping a daily
habit and be more aware of the fears holding you back, remember to
commit to the 3-Day Fear Cleanse. Just do this exercise once every
evening for at least 3 days, and see how much more mindful and
conscious it makes you feel about your thoughts, your fears and your
actions.

experience through each step.

Measure how real the positive statement feels now.
Just continue Tapping on the positive statement. When you're done, take a deep
breath, and measure the statement on a scale of 1 - 10 until you get an 8 or
higher.
Once you're done, take a few deep breaths, and drink a big glass of water. It's
important to stay hydrated, and treat yourself and your body well.
