Participates in developing department goals, objectives and system
Organize HR administration process such employee data base & update report, create daily attendance, overtime report, annual leave and monthly salary recap. Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary Conduct and effectively present new hire orientation when assigned Prepare the employees training, internal or external training Manage general HR relations daily traffic flow, including policy interpretations and employee and manager conflict resolution. Manage workload to include multiple HR projects as assigned, including process improvement projects, recruiting initiatives, exit interviews, and employee communication/appreciation events
Requirements HR Generalist :
Male/Female, maximum 30 years old;
A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience; Comprehensive working knowledge of employment / labour laws and employee benefit related regulations Possess good organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, written and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
