Dear Mr. PETER SICAT:

Notice is hereby given that your rent is currently overdue as follows:

August 10, 2015: 10,000.00
September 10, 2015: 10,000.00
Total: 20,000.00
Outstanding unpaid rent: Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20, 000.00)
Due: September 37, 2014

We request that the outstanding balance be paid in full within three (3) days upon receipt of this
notice. Please be advised that according to the rental agreement dated December 20, 2014
which states: In the event the LESSEE fail to pay the rental for two (2) successive months, the
LESSOR is authorized to terminate the contract of lease and the LESSEE shall only have a
maximum of five (5) days to vacate and clear out the leased premises.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance could result in court action and/or landlord invoking any
other rights and/or remedies available at law or in equity. You may become liable for legal costs
for any such actions taken against you. This letter should be considered the final demand to
remedy this situation. If you would like to discuss this matter, please contact me urgently.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,
MANG KANOR
