View them prior to the start of the school year.
This would allow for self-pacing. A completed task, such as a site, would serve as proof of completion. They could be exchange for a partial first year teacher in-service day (Mentor Day). This would promote continuity throughout the district.
Current Staf
Learning objects could be used when Google
Apps for Education are adopted by a district to give instruction for there use. This could also be done prior to the start of the school year in exchange for in-service time. Districts currently using Google Apps could use them to promote the use of technology in the district. They could also be ofered as refreshers to keep staf up to date of any changes concerning the apps.

Students
Students district wide could view the learning
objects. This would give them understanding of the apps and instill consistency throughout the district. Using apps such as Google Sites or Docs, they would have the ability to collaborate with others in diferent courses or in diferent grade levels.
The Flipped Classroom
Students would view the Google Sites learning
object prior to class. This would allow them to use class time to create sites for projects or presentations. Sharing the site with classmates would also allow them to collaborate with others.
