lifestyle.
Communicating with players, parents, officials and club executive members.
Achievements
Community Engagement
Voluntary position as a netball coach in the Penrith District of a variety of netball teams with
a range of ages, ability levels and backgrounds. I was able to assist players with their
individual development, confidence levels and to motivate those less able players to gain
confidence and engage more readily. A highlight of this role has been to witness a young
player with high levels of anxiety afraid to be on the court to gain enough confidence after I
patiently encouraged her and worked with her on a one to one basis.
