23. You have $800 in your checking account. You are able to spend 83% of the
money in your account. Will you be able to purchase your must have item? If
not, how much will you need to borrow? Could you borrow from one of your
friends after they purchase their must have item? If so, which friend? If you
are unable to borrow, what percentage of your total will you need to be able
to spend to purchase your must have item?
