    Cobbsbackground.ShefindsthatCobbissuspectedtohavemurderedhiswife,Mal.Cobb
    hastrappedhissubconsciousprojectionofMalinaseriesofmemoriesinanattempttokeep
    heralive,althoughheknowsthatsheisalreadydead.AriadnededucesthereasonCobb
    cannotbeanArchitect,orbeawareofthedreamslayout.Heisworriedthatifheknowsthe
    dreammap,hissubconsciousprojectionofMalwillknowitalso,andsabotagethemission.
    CobbbeginslookingforaForger,apersontodisguiseasdifferentpeopleto
    manipulatethetarget.Againhegoestoafriendforhelp,toapersonnamedEames.Eames
    readilyjoinshisoldfriendonthismission.SaitosuggestsapersonknownasYusufforhis

    dream.Theteam,nowcomplete,beginsresearchonFischer,thetarget.

    TheinterceptorsdiscoverthatFischerhasaquestionablerelationshipwithhisfather.
    Theydecidetotrytousethatagainsthim.Theteamalsodiscoversanunclethatcanbe
    incorporatedintotheinception.
    CobbandhisteampinpointFisher'slocationonaplanetoAmerica,anddecidetotrap
    himthere.Butthereitoneproblem,Cobbwillbearrestedonarrivalforsuspectedmurder.So
    hemakesadealwithSaitoiftheinceptionitsuccessful,Saitoittoomakeonephonecall
    fromtheplaneandCobbitclearedofallcharges.TheytrapFischerintheplaneandbegin
    theinception.
    Inthefirstlayerofdream,theteamadductsFischer,butisseparatedbyafreighttrain
    fromCobb'ssubconsciousrunningthroughanintersection.Fisher'smilitarizedsubconscious
    warriorsattackwoundingSaitoseverely.
    Inthesecondlayerofdream,ahoteldreamedbyArthur,CobbconvincesFischerthat
    theyaretryingtoprotecthim,henceforcingFischertohelptheteambreakintohisown
    subconscious.
    Inthethirdlayerdown,theteambreaksintoafortressinwhichtheideaittoobe
    planted.ThenMalappears,killingfischerasSaitosuccumbstohiswounds,sendingthem
    bothintoLimbo.AriadneandCobbfollow.InLimboAriadneandCobbnavigateagargantuan
    metropoliscreatedbyMalandCobb.
