    Dear Erasmus Incoming Student,

    We are glad to have your kind interest at our university. Erasmus nominated students to Maltepe University in
    the academic year of 2014-2015 are kindly proceed the following steps;
    Please fill up attached application form and send it to erasmus@maltepe.edu.tr with 1(one) scanned JPEG
    photo.
    Please fill up a learning agreement through having the current list of the courses from the academic
    coordinators and also you can look at the relevant web sites (http://ects.maltepe.edu.tr/en/main-page and
    http://www.maltepe.edu.tr/en). You can find the list of coordinators attached to this mail.
    Kindly note that the campus dorms can only be used for whole academic year stays. If you have any interest
    at staying in campus dorms please let your request through sending an e-mail to erasmus@maltepe.edu.tr
    Note1. All the documents are to be duly signed by relevant student and coordinators in appropriated dates.
    Note2. Please find enclosed list of Erasmus academic coordinators (attached to this mail) at Maltepe University
    to ask for courses/credits/content/language/requirements of offered courses and more.
    Note3. For Erasmus Intensive Language Courses (EILC)in Turkey kindly visit the current teaching centres via:
    http://ec.europa.eu/education/erasmus/eilc1011_en.htm and http://www.ua.gov.tr/en/programmes/erasmusprogramme/erasmus-programme/2007-2013-d%C3%B6nemine-ait-bilgi-ve-belgeler/erasmus-intensivelanguage-courses. And also note that in the new term (2014-2021) there will be online language support
    services to Erasmus Students. So you are asked to keep connection with Erasmus Advisor for outgoing
    students.
    Note4. For visa and insurance affairs please visit the web pages: www.konsolosluk.gov.tr and
    http://www.sgk.gov.tr/wps/portal/en. Before your departure to Turkey, We strictly advise you to consult a
    Turkish Consulate in your home country.
    The deadline of admissions is 15th August 2014
    After you send us (Erasmus Office) required documents as above mentioned, we will send to you an
    official acceptance letter.
    If you have any misunderstandings do not hesitate to contact us, I hope to have your prompt response soon and
    hope to welcome you in Maltepe University.
