There are high opportunities for TCS to start its operations other than Pakistan; therefore
highest weight is assigned to this head.
Due to increase in air travel, there may exist an opportunity for a high profit in this
business.
Due to political conditions of the country and economic downturn, fluctuations in profit
become a major threat for the company.
Total industry weighted score criteria are 3.00. TCS has a total weighted score of 2.46,
which clearly shows that the company is not performing up to the mark and the one of the
major reasons is the entry of new competitors in the market.

threats for the company to compete in the market.
