SCENE 1
EXT. OUTSIDE BUILDING - DAY
In the scene we see Alfred firing Rob, in the scene Rob should
appear to be desperate for his job as he needs the money in
order to keep himself and his son afloat.

PANNING SHOT OF SCENE INTO AN OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT OF ALFRED

ALFRED
(Looking uneasy and uncomfortable)
Look, Im sorry Rob, but I cant afford to keep you at this
job.

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT OF ROB

ROB
(In disbelief)
Im sorry, what? Ive worked my ass off for this job and you
are firing me?

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT OF ALFRED

ALFRED
Im sorry, its nothing personal.

MEDIUM SHOT OF BOTH CHARACTERS

ROB
(Shouting)
Then why are you doing this to me? I have a kid at home to
feed man.

SHOT OVER ROBS SHOULDER LOOKING AT ALFRED AS HE WALKS AWAY

ALFRED
(Begins to walk away)
Its just business, you wouldnt understand.

SHOT PANS TO ROB WHO IS BREATHING HEAVILY AND STARING AT

ALFRED

FADE OUT.
SCENE 2
INT. INSIDE BARE HOUSE - NIGHT
In the scene we see Rob and childhood friend talking to one
another about work. The scene should be set in a house, the
sofa should be quite scruffy. The characters should be wearing
casual clothes such as a hoodie, beanie hat, trainers & jeans.
Both characters should be holding a beer.

FADE IN.
MEDIUM SHOT OF BOTH OF THE MEN TALKING ON THE SOFA
BOBBY
(Smiling)
Did you see the Spurs result from the weekend?

ROB
(Smiling)
Yeah, a one all draw at Old Trafford isnt bad.

BOBBY
Pff, they got off lucky with only a draw, we were all over
them for the whole game.

ROB
(Disappointed)
I wouldve been able to go if I had any bloody money, I got
fired from my job last week.

BOBBY

If youre really in need of some money, I can sort you out

with a job.

CHILD
(In background)
DAAAAAAAD!

ROB
(Shouting)

Coming!
(Stands up)
I know what business youre in Bobby and I have no interest in
getting involved in that.

BOBBY
Well, Im always here if you change your mind.

(ROB WALKS OUT OF ROOM)

FADE OUT.

SCENE 3
INT BARE KITCHEN
IN THE SCENE WE SEE ROB DESPERATELY LOOKING THROUGH HIS
CUPBOARDS FOR FOOD BUT HE CANT FIND ANY, ROB IS DRESSED IN A
PLAIN SHIRT, BEANIE, SOCKS AND JEANS.
FADE IN.
LONG SHOT WHERE WE CAN SEE ROB THROUGH THE DOORFRAME BUT NOT
THE CHILD
CHILD
Whats for dinner dad?

ROB
(Stands up)
Let me just go and whip something up alright?

THE CAMERA FOLLOWS ROB OUT IN A CONTINUOUS SHOT

(Rob looks in the drawers for food but cannot find any, Rob
panicking, quickly looks throughout the drawers but cannot
find any. He puts his head into his hands)
CUTS OUT.
CUTS IN.
CLOSE UP SHOT OF ROB
ROB
(Rob is holding a phone to his ear)
You still got that job for me?
(Pause)
FADE OUT.

SCENE 4
EXT. OUTSIDE NEXT TO A DARK ALLEYWAY NIGHT
IN THIS SCENE WE SEE ROB MEETING WITH T-BONE FOR THE FIRST
TIME IN ORDER SO THAT ROB IS ABLE TO GET THE INFORMATION.

LONG SHOT OF ROB WALKING INTO THE ALLEYWAY CAUTIOUSLY

POINT OF VIEW SHOT OF ROB FROM T BONES PERSPECTIVE

(Nervously)
Are you T-Bone?
OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT ON T BONE
T-Bone
(Aggressively)
Whats it to you?
Rob

Im here to collect the package

T-Bone
So you must be the new guy, its simple, you sell all of the
product and bring me the money and you will be allowed to keep
a cut. If you dont I will find you and I will kill you, that
clear?

Rob
(Nods as he takes the package from T Bone)
How will I know when to meet you back here?

T-Bone
Ill contact you through Bobby.
(Pause)
Get out of my sight.

(ROB WALKS AWAY LOOKING AT T-BONE FOR A FEW STEPS BEFORE

TURNING AROUND)

LONG SHOT OF ROB LEAVING THE ALLEYWAY

FADE OUT

SCENE 5
MONTAGE TO SHOW HIM SELLING ALL PRODUCT
In the montage we will see multiple clips of Rob selling
product in different places, this will include close ups of
the hands and face in order to show his guilty feeling about
it.

SCENE 6
EXT. THE ALLEYWAY WHERE T-BONE AND ROB MEET - NIGHT
In this scene we see Rob giving T-Bone the money and accepting
his new task.

THE CAMERA FOLLOWS ROB IN AN OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT AS HE

ENTERS OF THE ALLEYWAY

(Calmly)
Youre late.

Yeah, sorry about that I got stuck in traffic on the way here.

(Throws Rucksack at T-Bone)

T Bone
(Smiling as he opens the bag)
Well done, glad to see youre able to follow simple orders.

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT AT ROB

Rob
And my cut?

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT AT T BONE

T Bone
Yes, I will transfer it to your bank account later, but now I
have more product for you to sell.

(Throws a full bag at Rob)

Now get out of here.

(ROB TURNS AROUND AND WALKS OUT OF THE ALLEYWAY)

LONG SHOT OF ROB LEAVING THE ALLEYWAY
CUT OUT.

SCENE 7

MONTAGE SCENE
CUT IN.

Another montage scene which is similar to the first, we see

him selling all of the product, we get medium shots of the
deals and then close ups of the hands and face.
FADE OUT.

SCENE 8
Ext. IN AN ALLEYWAY DAYTIME
This is the scene in which we see Rob debating whether to keep
all of the money.
FADE IN.
MEDIUM SHOT OF ROB IN THE ALLEYWAY
(Rob enters the shot and leans against the wall and slowly
opens the back, he has a flashback of when he was searching
but couldnt find food)
CLOSE UP OF ROBS FACE AS HE LOOKS INSIDE OF THE BAG
(Rob closes the bag and looks both ways before leaving the
shot)
FADE OUT.

SCENE 9
INT. AT ROBS HOUSE
Bobby and Rob are standing in the kitchen, instead of being
bland, the kitchen now has some ornaments in the background.

FADE IN. THREE WEEKS LATER.

MEDIUM SHOT OF ROB AND BOBBY
Rob
(Head in hands)
Ive messed up Bobby.

Bobby
(Jokingly)
What have you done now?

Rob
Ive spent the money

Bobby
(Becomes serious)
What money?

Rob
(Turns to Bobby)
T Bones money from the deals.

CLOSE UP OF BOBBY
(Bobby looks at Rob with a panicked face)

Bobby
(Shouting)
Are you stupid?! Now were both dead men!

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT ON ROB

Rob
(Crying and shouting)
Im sorry ok, I needed the money.
MEDIUM SHOT OF BOBBY PACING

Bobby
(Panicking, pacing back and forth)
We need to take him out now. Its us or him.
MEDIUM SHOT OF ROB
Rob
How? We dont know where he is...
MEDIUM SHOT OF BOBBY
Bobby
(Smiling)
I know a guy, he can tell us for the right price.
CLOSE UP OF ROB
Rob
Yes
(Pause)
Lets do it.

SCENE 10
EXT. ALLEYWAY NIGHT
In this scene we see Bobby and Rob confront T Bone so that
they can live peacefully.

MEDIUM SHOT FOLLOWING TWO HOODED FIGURES AS THEY ENTER THE

ALLEYWAY.
(Bobby and Rob enter the alleyway in hoods T bone comes into
shot)
CLOSE UP OF ROBS FACE
Rob
(Quietly) Get him

(Rob and Bobby begin to sprint)

T Bone
No..no
(T Bone turns around and begins to run away)

((Through parallel editing we see both T Bones perspective and

Rob & Bobbys in the chase.))
LONG SHOT OF T BONE BEING CORNERED BY ROB AND BOBBY
(The chase ends up in a car park where T Bone gets cornered by
Bobby and Rob)
MEDIUM SHOT OF ROB AND BOBBY
(Rob and Bobby both pull out knives from their trousers)

LONG SHOT OF T BONE

T Bone
(Panicking and shouting)
So you punks are going to kill me here? DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!
CLOSE UP OF ROB
Rob
(Smiling)
Im sorry, its just business.
(T Bone falls to the floor as he is stabbed to death by Rob
and Bobby)
