    1. Payment: 70% advance along with confirmed purchase order and balance 30% against
    delivery & installation
    2. All Cables & Cable trays cost is extra as per running meter prevailing market rates for
    Installation, up to 5 mtrs cable will be supplied by company
    3. Warranty: Two year from the date of installation, for any manufacturing defects only.
    4. Any civil works required at site for installation of panels will be in your scope.
    5. 80% Income Tax depreciation can be availed the first year as per the Energy Conservation
    Act-2001.
    6. All cheques shall be issued in favour of M/S. LUMENS POWER SOLUTIONS.
    7. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) shall be offered after the warranty period of one year.
    8. The company is not liable for damages caused by supply line faults & spikes.
    9. Delivery within 10 days from the date of confirmed order.
    10. Validity of the quotation is for 7days.
