    All through the opening scene of the film,


    there's quick change between every clip to
    make the action more enthusiastic and keep the
    viewers intrigued, for instance, as Brian change
    the gear while driving, the shots move between
    a nearby up of him driving, him changing gear
    lastly to an over the shoulder shot of him.
    What this does is it gives the scene movement
    and adds pace to the general film e.g. all the
    shots above occurred within 3 seconds

    Sound
    The opening scene makes the
    vehicles and drivers the primary
    subject, implying that the Diegetic
    sounds (the vehicles and drivers
    talking) louder than the nondiegetic (the music), which includes
    pace and rhythm.
    Before the race begins the music in
    the back is really coming from the
    vehicles sound frameworks out of
    sight, making the music diegetic.

    Mise en scene

    In the opening scene of the film we see youthful grown-ups, somewhere
