The lesson demonstrated knowledge of the needs of the different
learners in the classroom. Instruction includes activities that
students can do participate in independently, in small group, and
whole group. The lesson also includes time for students to get up
and move around. The learning activities are at an appropriate
length. Instruction allows students opportunities to get up and move

Comments:
The lesson was extremely organized. The smartboard presentations
were ready to go. Papers were organized and ready to hand out
efficiently. The lessons offered smooth transitions between each
learning activity. The respect for students of all learning styles and
cultural backgrounds was evident. Students respectfully track each
other and the teachers when speaking. Individual concerns with
students was handled privately and did not create a disturbance to

Comments:
My co teacher and I have an excellent relationship. We share similar teaching
philosophies. Our responsibilities in the classroom are equal. The students see
the working relationship we have and have equal respect for the both of us. I
respect the skills that my co-teacher brings to the class and I enjoy collaborating
with her. I love what I do and it is clear that I have a passion for teaching.
