    Warm Christian Greetings!
    It is my sincere and honest desire to apply as Midwife II under permanent status.
    I am Mrs. Jean Depalobos Linao, a registered nurse, registered midwife, and finished my
    Master of Arts in Nursing, major in Clinical Supervision last April 2009 at University of San
    Carlos, Cebu City. Presently employed as Nurse I/Clinical Instructor at Province of Negros
    Occidental-Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology, (PNO-NONESCOST),
    College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences at Cadiz City, Negros Occidental under
    contractual status since July 2007 up to the present.
    If you will give me a chance, I would do my best to win your confidence by means of hardwork,
    perseverance, and devotion to duty.
