    February 16, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. EST before the House Justice Appropriations Subcommittee on the results
    of a North Highland Study, which demonstrates a financial need for additional funding.
    The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers will address the constraints placed on Clerks offices statewide as a
    result of a deficit, along with the different options for potential short- and long-term plans for addressing their
    financial situation.
