    MANIFESTATION
    APPELLANT, by counsel, and unto this Honorable Court most
    respectfully manifest and show THAT:

    1. On November 20, 2014 and Oral Argument was made wherein the Court
    ordered the parties to negotiate and to try to reach to an amicable
    settlement on or before December 8, 2014.
    2. Upon the period given by the Court, Appellant tried its best to contact with
    the appellee so as to enter into a compromise with the hope that the case
    will be settled.
    3. When December 8, 2014 has passed, Appellee still refused to negotiate
    and to settle with the appellant despite the willingness of the Appellant to
    agree to whatever proposals that the Appellee might have so long as it is
    not unconscionable.
    4. Having failed to enter to an amicable settlement, Appellant is made to
    pursue its case against the Appellee and to submit the case for the
    decision of this Honorable Court.

    5. This Manifestation is based on a valid ground, filed with all sincerity and in
    good faith, and is never intended to cause any delay or to secure any
    undue advantage.
