Knighthood Terms 4/22/2010

Knighthood terms referred to the festivals where knights would showcase their combat abilities, the code of chivalry knights were expected to follow, and large grassy fields where tournaments were held. Knights progressed through two stages - the first as a page and the second as a squire - before becoming a mounted warrior. Training tools included barriers between combatants in jousts, wooden stakes for sword practice, and dummies for lance maneuvers.
