What are your strengths?


My strengths from my perspective are:determination,teamwork and the way
that I improve my skills in everything I do,based on my previous experience.

What are your weaknesses?


My weaknesses that I consider to be negative factors for me are:Sometimes I
talk way too fast and this could go to an embarrassing discussion and the
second one is that I have moments when Im too hyped and this could go
wrong if I dont pay attention.

I know that this company has a huge market and I want to be a part of it to
make it better and also to increase my experience in this domain.

In 5 years I see myself having a job in the management domain,more
determined and with more experience.In 10 years?Probably a successful
manager.

The reasons that made me leave the company X are:Even though the
people were doing a good job,their attitude disappointed me and I cant work
with this kind of people.The other reason is that I didnt saw myself learning
of helping that company anymore.I feel I can do better in your company.

Between date X and Y I had a gap in that company due to some personal
problems which I solved it in the end.

Comparing to others,I believe I can help this company with my previous
experience in this domain and I have the power to bring new strategy to rise
the companys benefits.

What are three things your former manager would like you to improve on?
I remember he said that I need to have a stronger relation with co-workers,to
assume every mistake I made,even though it wasnt entirely my fault and to
be more forgiving with those guys that made me upset,because working in
stress conditions doesnt help the company at all.

Sure.I dont have a problem with this.I had to do this before.

domain and its a wonderful feeling.

Once I failed a project because I wasnt paying attention.I wasnt too proud of

In the first 30 days Id like to create a close relation with my co-workers,for
the next 60 days to show already my skills to everyone and be a trustful man
and for the next 90 days to be successful even though that implies lots of
responsabilities.

I finished a college with decent grades,I can have a conversation with
anybody in English,Im good at grouping people to work in a team and
leading them to success.

I studied at a local college,I had pretty good grades,I went to different
competitions because since I was a child I wanted to push myself to the limit.

It was a moment when my ex co-worker quit the job and I had to replace him
and also do my own work until they found someone else .It was hard but I did

I made a research and I qualify my job to be paid for 1 400 euro/month.It may
look like an overprice,but I promise you that my services will worth the price.

I dont remember that this happened to me so far.

As I know the company X is our main competitor.Also the company Y has

I remember one.I told him we wont finish the project unless we involve two
more guys.He didnt agreed and thats why the date of finishing project was
delayed with four days.

With patience,thinking that this problem wont be my worst.

When people around me dont trust me.That makes me be uncomfortable.

I won different competitions leading my team.Also I had two successful
project when I started my first job where I was that leader.

Mr X ,youve done a lot for our company,but Im afraid you should search
for another job because weve found someone else much motivated to work
