WHITE
GATHER RESOURCES Hunt for those hard to find lesson components and ideas such as
documents, websites, books, or other materials.
CLASSROOM ASSISTANT Serve as another pair of hands for a lesson or another pair of eyes to
track student concerns.
CLASSROOM COVERAGE Cover your class so that you may observe a model teacher or another
colleague in the district.
LISTENING AND SUPPORT Lend an open and confidential ear for topics of your choice.
BRAINSTORMING SESSION Collaboratively bounce innovative ideas off one another.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT Research new tools, help design plans and implement technology tools
that support your curriculum (i.e., Canvas, Web tools, etc.)



PURPLE
CO-PLANNING Through conversation, collaboratively plan a lesson or a series of lessons that
meet best practices.
DEMONSTRATE LESSON Demonstrate a lesson in your classroom or an alternate classroom
while you observe.
TEAM TEACHING EXPERIENCE After planning cooperatively, teach a lesson together.
COLLABORATION Help you connect with other teachers throughout the district that are utilizing
strategies you use or would like to use yourself.
CLASSROOM CULTURE Provide support of classroom management procedures such as effective
transitions, student engagement and student interactions.


GOLD
DATA CONVERSATION Collaboratively analyze formative assessment data to make instructional
decisions.
GOAL SETTING Through conversations, establish a goal or focus area to improve student
learning and professional growth opportunities.
OBSERVATION Visit for non-evaluative teacher-focused, student-focused, learning environment,
instructional opportunities, and assessment.
REFLECTION Through conversation and observation, reflect on student learning in your
classroom.
DIFFERENTIATION SUPPORT Help design choice assignments or tiered activities/assessments.
