    Project Description

    The project is developed to provide the business with the full claim information. This information will
    serve in tracking any delay in the claim life cycle, to analyze the case loads on the handlers and to
    analyze the performance the claim handlers. Claim data from local servers are uploaded onto the
    mainframe system and processed by the batch application and where as the online application allows to
    navigate through the claim data.

     Design the application


     Coding maps and programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM and CICS
     Preparation of test cases and test results
     Preparation of test data
     Unit testing
