Halloween in Spain
The All Saints 'Day is celebrated on November 1
and All Souls' Day tomorrow. As in Latin America is
a time to remember the dead people. The Spanish
go to cemeteries to put flowers, usually
chrysanthemums on the graves of their dead.
This is a pagan religious fiesta. The church
held a mass in memory of the saints and
reminds us of our relationship with those at
the other side.
Although there are days of introspection and prayer,
there is space for the typical sweet delight: the bones of a
saint. This dessert the size of the thumb is made with egg
yolks and sugar. The color grade of the holidays they put
some markets south of the country with stalls decked out
in a special way.
Halloween in Mexico
The Day of the Dead in Mexico is celebrated on November 2 and
according to popular belief on this day the deceased return to
their homes on earth. The celebration begins the evening of
October 31 with the preparations for the Day of the Angels (also
known as Holy Innocents Day, or All Saints) held the first of
November.
On this day, children are reminded that reached

construct an altar in their homes for the spirits
and thus pay homage to deceased relatives. The
decor includes candy with the names of the

Giants.
Halloween in England
In England, the ancient festival of Halloween is
celebrated, as in the United States on 31 October.
The night of All Souls mixes two old traditional
festivals: the festival of Samhain, (described in
Ireland) and Pomona Day, the day of the goddess
of gardens and fruit.
Children dress up according to the
subject of ghosts and the more
terrifying, the better. English children,
as in Scotland, have to earn the gift
sets.
