Chocolate Mousetti 6 cups sifted flour 2 cups sugar 1 cup cocoa 1 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp.

sp. baking powder tsp. baking soda cup Wesson oil 1 cup milk 2 tsp. vanilla Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add oil, milk and vanilla. Mix with a fork and then with hands until dough-like (can knead on counter if too thick.) Roll dough by teaspoon in hands to form a little ball. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost when cookies are cool. One recipe yields 65-70 cookies. Frosting 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (butter better) 1 box confectioners sugar (1 lb.) cup Hersheys cocoa cup water 1 tsp. vanilla Melt chocolate and butter over low heat them remove from heat. Sift sugar and cocoa together. Add to melted chocolate alternately with water and mix until blended. Add vanilla and blend well. *Frosting makes enough for two batches of cookies, but will keep refrigerated. When ready to use again, pop into microwave.
