    NORMAL DOSAGE RANGE (ALSO INCLUDE ROUTE AND FREQUENCY) PO 500mg Q4hr PRN PO 650mg Q4hr PRN PR 650mg Q4hr PRN LAB VALUE ALTERATIONS May alter blood glucose tests.

    DRUG INTERACTIONS Warfarin high levels of acetaminophen may increase bleeding. Hepatotoxicity may be additive with other hepatotoxic substance (such as EtOH).

    MECHANISM OF ACTION (How does it work?) Inhibits synthesis of prostaglandins that may serve as mediators of pain and fever.
