San Sebastian Law Admission Requirements
1. No applicant shall be enrolled in the law course unless he complies with the specific requirements for admission by the Commission on Higher Education and the Supreme Court of the Philippines, for which purpose he must present to the Registrar the necessary credentials before the end of the enrollment period. 2. The applicant must submit the following; 2.1 Photocopy of Transcript of records / True copy of grades; 2.2 Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from two (2) persons; 2 signatories 2.3 1 X 1 or 2 X 2 ID pictures (3 pcs.) Accomplished forms of guidance and Dean's Office 3. The applicant, if transferring from another school, must present; 3.1 A letter of intent address to the Dean together with certificate of transfer and transcript; 3.2 Copy of scholastic record; 3.3 Entrance exam results; 3.4 1 X 1 ID pictures (3 pcs.) 3.5 And GMRC with 2 signatories (either from school/company affiliated) 4. The acceptance of the transferee shall be lightly selective. In addition to paragraph (3), no transferees shall be admitted unless; he will be enrolling in his first semester of second year, his transcript of records show an average grade of 76 percent or its equivalent in the first year, and that he/she passed the entrance examination and the interview conducted by the Dean or the Secretary, as duly delegated. 5. A student is officially enrolled only if he has completely met all the requirements of registration and has paid in full or has made arrangements for paying on installation the tuition and matriculation fees for the entire semester. 6. No student enrolled in the Institute shall at the same time enroll in another school. Violation of this rule will automatically result in the connection of the student's enrollment in the Institute. 7. The following students, old, new and transferee; are not eligible for admission or enrollment; 7.1 A student without the necessary credentials. 7.2 A student who has a record or irregular attendance or unsatisfactory conduct. 7.3 A student who has been dismissed or expelled from the Institute or form other school. 7.4 A student who fails to measure up to the academic standards of the Institute. An applicant should undergo an interview by the guidance counselor before taking the entrance examination.
