    Conclusion Based from the findings from every sitio, the following conclusions were drawn.

    Brgy 18 Estancia Piddig Ilocos Norte is generally a peaceful,agricultural,literate and socially organized. The common source of income of the residents is farming.Most of the families have an income below P 3, 000 but they try their best to support the needs of the family like foods, clothing, and education for their children and health. The residents of Brgy Estancia practice burning of garbage aside from composting. Every household prefer to buy OTC drugs and using herbal plant during they experience illness. They are just visit the dortor or RHU when they experience severe pain. Roman Catholic is the preliminary religious affiliation of the residents. Food, education, and personal needs are the most common items spent by every household.

    Recommendation Based from this study, we have found out and conclude that we had gathered necessary data, in line with this we found out some serious or if not some simple problems that must take into action. For resolving this problems, we recommend the following; 1. Encourage the residents to have cleaner deep well through initiating the use of chlorine contents and covering them after utilizing. 2. The community people, most especially the council should be aware of the programs on health which must be needed to impart to the community people. 3. There should be one her barium of the residency community residents should be educated on how to make an herbal medicines as alternation from generics one. 4. Proper waste management seminars. Their wastes should be strictly classified whether biodegradable on non biodegradable as well as oplan dalus should be carried out in the community
