    It is basically the function of an organization which includes planning, recruiting and selection of the employees .Human resource management is the management of an organizations workforce, or human resources. It is responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees.

    Why do we study hrm:


    When we want to do business or we want to have our own organization it is very important for us to deals with the assets or people of our organization which are employees .So, for that we have to study Hrm which is related to the planning ,recruitment and selection of the employees so that we can utilize our human resources to get more and more profits. We study Hrm because to enhance our knowledge about:

    the changing nature work and employment recruitment and selection of staff training and developing people employment laws and regulations managing employee performance managing conflict in the workplace employee representation and involvement in their workplaces

    By studying Hrm we can analyze that how people are managed in the workplace influences what they think about their work and their employer and therefore their behaviors and actions in the workplace .We also study Hrm in order to know that how we can do the career development of the employees. We also learn that how employees are recruited, selected and how they are developed by training them in variety of ways. We also study Hrm in order to know that how we can achieve improvements in our unit production cost to be competitive .By studying hrm one can also learn how to utilize the human resource at the right time. We can also learn how to select right person at right place at right time in order to be competitive. By studying the Hrm we can analyze the employment relationship and the way people are managed in the workplace. It is not only related to individual employee and their employer, but it is related to wider workplace, the labor market and economic forces shaping the world of work, technological changes, employment regulations and social trends. HRM also helps that how to manage and organize a group of employees so that they can work together..
