Plural Forms
To form the plural of a noun, we usually add an s: pen pens door doors day days A good book some good books. Some nouns are always plural in English: Scissors, glasses, tights, jeans, trousers, shorts, pyjamas. You can use some or the expression a pair of with these. For example, I need some scissors or I need a pair of scissors.
