Graduate Engineer Trainee (GETs) Junior Manager
Retention bonus maximum of Rs 3 Lakhs on completion of 3 Years of service from DOJ. No retention bonus shall be payable if employee leave the company before 3 years.
Service Agreement for 3 Years, if employee breach the Service Agreement employee shall be liable to pay an amount Service Agreement maximum of Rs3 Lakhs to the company, on pro-rata basis, based on the period employee have rendered service to the company.
